This will be a PM shift position working every other weekend and a couple day a week. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional food service to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong kitchen experience, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow established recipes and menu plans, adjusting as needed for dietary requirements or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with food handling, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands while maintaining high standards.
