Full or Part Time Lunch and/or Dinner We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish presentation and ingredient selection to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and food handling techniques to ensure safety and efficiency Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to streamline kitchen operations Collaborate with team members during catering events or special functions to deliver exceptional service and presentation Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth kitchen flow Requirements Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Prior experience in restaurant or fine dining kitchens demonstrating strong food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and executing diverse culinary techniques Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food service operations within a fast-paced environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative kitchen efforts Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
