In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, supporting the overall success of our food service operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Support menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily specials and regular offerings Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments preferred Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling regulations Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a restaurant or dietary setting is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new culinary skills Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is advantageous but not required Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and every day brings new opportunities to create delicious experiences!
