Prepare pizzas and menu items according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation standardsOperate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure all food meets quality, consistency, and presentation expectationsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including opening and closing dutiesFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to inspection-level standardsAbility to help other areas when neededMonitor ingredient levels and communicate inventory or supply needs to supervisorsWork collaboratively with kitchen team members in a fast-paced, resort environmentMaintain professional appearance and personal hygiene standardsCommunicate equipment issues, repairs, or operational concerns promptlyPerform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detailStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (67 hours), as well as bend, reach, and climb stairsAbility to read basic labels (including cleaning chemicals) and complete simple written reportsAbility to meet skill standards based on assigned cook level

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience (1+ year in a kitchen setting)Previous pizza or line cook experience preferred but not requiredValid drivers license may be required for certain roles involving company vehicles#GVL
