Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours. Follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and efficient workflow. Skills Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Experience with menu planning and meal preparation across diverse cuisines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service when needed. Must be available Weekends.
