Our grille serves golfers and guests with a menu featuring burgers, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, appetizers, and other casual favorites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking in a fast-paced but fun environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Operate fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency Assist with food prep and stocking Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team to provide excellent guest experiences Qualifications Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
