Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Cook to join our team in the Hospital Nutritional Services Department! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Department:

Nutritional Services. We are a fast-paced kitchen that serves our patients, staff and the community. We have many facets to our department, which means there are plenty of opportunities to grow!

A typical day will include:

Serving our guests, cleaning and providing great customer service. This position covers a vast array of positions and responsibilities. Performs a variety of duties to assure that patients, visitors, staff, and catered meals are served under pleasant and sanitary conditions; actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communication Complies with HACCP principles in all areas of storage, production, sanitation, and service to customers. Assists in other areas of the kitchen as directed by Supervisors. Completes general cleaning checklists.

Preferred High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

At least six months institutional food service preparation
