Role:

Join the vibrant team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Breakfast / Lunch Line Cook! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while serving delicious, locally-sourced meals to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to our menu standards. Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste for every dish served. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Adapt to changing menus and special requests from guests. Participate in kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Passion for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
