Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality Midas Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team at the Residence Inn hotel located in Clayton, MO. This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
What You Will Be Doing:
Prep and prepare menu items from dinner menu for bar service. Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order as well as inventory control, ordering product and overall cleanliness of kitchen areas . Work with F&B manager and bar staff to create special items and promotional items Complete assigned opening and closing sidework. Deep cleaning as well, as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as scheduled days and times may vary based on need Serv Safe certification preferred hotel experience Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
