• Job Summary:

• We are seeking talented line cooks to join our culinary team. You will assist the Exec Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Heavy amount of prep work, fine/upscale restaurant experience preferred.

• Duties:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and implement menus
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks appropriately
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in training new kitchen employees
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Skills:

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant management
• Strong kitchen management skills including inventory control
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of banquet operations and food handling procedures
