Positions & Responsibilities Line Cooks Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards Maintain speed and consistency during busy service periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Prep Cooks Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service Portion, label, and stock kitchen supplies Assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness Support line cooks and chefs as needed

Qualifications:

Kitchen prep experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates Strong attention to detail and time management Dishwashers Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas Keep dish station organized and sanitary Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed Support overall back-of-house operations
