What We're Looking For:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen (restaurant, nightclub, or catering experience a plus!) A passion for food and a commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy, fast-paced setting Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and late hours are a must) Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food to order quickly and efficiently Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to Rockstar Kansas City's high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Assist with inventory, stocking, and ordering as needed Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to provide excellent customer experiences during peak hours Follow all health and safety regulations at all times Why Rockstar Kansas City?
