We've just rolled out a new streamlined menu designed for speed, consistency, and volume, and we're hiring line cooks who can keep their head when the rail fills up and the room gets loud. This is not a giant, sloppy menu. It's a focused kitchen built around wings, hand-breaded tenders, smash burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and shareables. We need cooks who can execute standards, move with urgency, and keep a station clean and stocked without being babysat. What you'll do Work fry, flat top, prep, or support depending on the shift Execute a streamlined menu: wings, smash burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, tenders, and shareables Hit sauce specs, cook times, and plate standards every ticket Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for service Help with dishwashing, trash, floors, and general cleaning as needed Reset and close the kitchen the right way at the end of the shift What we're looking for 1+ year on a line in a high-volume kitchen Team-first attitude — no one is "above" dishes, cleaning, or closing work Can run a station solo and still help the kitchen when needed Shows up on time, works hard, and doesn't get sloppy when it gets busy Food handler card, or ability to get one quickly if needed What you get $17/hour Paid every two weeks Shift meal every shift 50% dining discount when you're off the clock Straight shifts — no open-to-close splits A focused kitchen with a streamlined menu and clear systems A team getting ready for a very busy summer in
