The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Help with catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.

Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Participate in training new kitchen staff on best practices and procedures.

QualificationsPrevious experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.

Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.

Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required.
