That means you move with purpose, keep your station clean, handle the rush without melting down, and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen. We are a family-owned restaurant focused on craft food, local beer, and a great guest experience. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on kitchen beast who can help keep our back-of-house running smoothly, support the team, and maintain the quality and consistency our guests expect. What We're Looking For Looking for a unicorn! An upbeat Swiss-Army knife to work the line during service (on any station), support prep and production, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This is a working leadership position, so we need someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy shifts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of food safety and proper kitchen procedures Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Must take pride in quality, cleanliness, and consistency Why Join Cugino's?
