Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fried items (fries, wings, appetizers, etc.) to perfection according to recipes. Operate fryers safely and efficiently while monitoring cook times and temperatures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary frying station at all times. Assist with food prep and contribute to overall kitchen operations. Communicate with the team to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
Requirements:
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required—we'll teach you! Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Willingness to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards.
