Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious meals during the nighttime hours? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

NIGHT COOK

to join our team. As a Night Cook, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing a variety of high-quality dishes in compliance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Adapt to new menu items or changes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or low stock levels to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Position Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook or in a relevant culinary role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Work during evening/night hours 5pm-1am / Monday
• Thursday and alternating Fridays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food handler certification is preferred but not required .
