Job Description

TITLE Production Cook
DESCRIPTION
The Production Cook will also be responsible for cooking food of superior quality adhering to the company's standards while maintaining the flow of cooking according to volume levels in the outlet. The candidate must have knowledge of quality food, food preparation, food preservation, be able produce food orders in a commercial or professional kitchen as well as possess strong cooking skills, including knowledge of ingredients and food allergies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years' culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant. A valid ServSafe® certification is preferred
