Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head of Kitchen Team to lead and inspire our culinary operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and team performance. As the leader of our kitchen team, you will drive excellence in food preparation, service, and inventory control while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Your passion for culinary arts and leadership skills will help elevate our dining experience to new heights.
Duties :
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
  • Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
