Located in the historic Sun-n-Sand building in Downtown Jackson, Hen & Egg is a fast-casual concept created by Chef Nick Wallace, where we believe in "Slow Food Served Fast." We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job in a kitchen. We're looking for someone who: Moves with urgency Takes pride in quality and consistency Shows up on time and ready to work Works well with others Can handle a busy service without sacrificing standards Understands that every plate represents the Hen & Egg brand

PM Sunday:
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control Assist with food preparation and station setup Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and brunch service Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture Complete opening, service, and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
