Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service, kitchen operations, and dietary support to provide exceptional meal preparation and service. Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Assist with menu planning, including ingredient selection and portion control Handle food safely and hygienically in compliance with food safety regulations Support dietary needs by preparing specialized meals for various dietary restrictions or preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas Serve meals efficiently in a courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service Assist with catering events and special meal occasions as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools Contribute to inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages Experience Previous experience in dietary assistance, food preparation, or culinary roles is preferred Experience working in fine dining, restaurants, catering, or the food industry is highly desirable Knowledge of menu planning, food handling, and food safety standards is essential Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques are required Background in serving or food service roles will be advantageous Familiarity with kitchen operations, food industry best practices, and culinary techniques will support success in this role This position is ideal for individuals passionate about food service who are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
