Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with standard recipes. Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Assist with inventory management and food ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficiency. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Adapt to changing menus and seasonal ingredients. Participate in daily kitchen prep and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow. Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
