Sautee Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sautee Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and menu plans. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager. Monitor food inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with meal preparation for special events or functions.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cook in the food industry
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and storage techniques
• Familiarity with portion control
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
