Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Prep to join our team. As a Prep, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Assist with food preparation
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food products
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Skills:

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
