Job Description

Overview Pars & Pints is a new golf simulator bar opening in Silo Square. We're building a fun, high-energy spot with great hospitality and consistently great food. We're hiring Line Cooks who can handle prep + line execution + stocking + closing to keep our kitchen running clean, fast, and consistent. Will vary between 20-25 hours per week. Pay $16-$20/hour (based on experience) What You'll Do (This Role Does It All) Prep for service: portioning, batching, stocking sauces/toppings, setting up the line Run the line during service: execute tickets accurately and fast—quality and timing matter Cook and plate a simple, high-volume menu including flatbreads, wings, fries, paninis, and pretzel bites Maintain pars and restock throughout the shift so you don't get behind Follow food safety standards (temps, labeling, storage, FIFO rotation, allergen awareness) Keep your station clean and organized with strong clean-as-you-go habits Communicate clearly with front-of-house to keep orders flowing smoothly Close the kitchen: breakdown, cleaning, trash, dishes as assigned, and full reset for the next day Help receive deliveries and keep storage/freezers organized What We're Looking For Kitchen/line cook experience preferred (we'll train the right person) Strong urgency, consistency, and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-first attitude Comfortable working nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~50 lbs ServSafe preferred (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe) What Success Looks Like (First 30-60 Days) You can prep, run service, and close with minimal supervision Tickets stay accurate and timing is strong during rushes Station stays stocked and clean all shift Food safety habits are automatic
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
