Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and serving guests with a positive attitude Participate in meal preparation for catering events or large orders, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including sanitizing surfaces and storing ingredients properly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold excellent customer service standards Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with strong kitchen experience preferred Skilled in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods Familiarity with food industry regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Experience in catering or large-scale meal preparation is advantageous Excellent serving skills combined with a positive, team-oriented attitude Join us as a Line Cook and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
