Full-Time or Part-Time BW Grill House is looking for reliable, motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the line Ensure food is prepared quickly, correctly, and consistently Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries Communicate with servers, bar, and expo for smooth service flow Follow opening, closing, and side-work checklists Maintain proper food handling, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (will train the right person) Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, team-oriented work ethic Knowledge of food safety practices Able to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + opportunities for raises Employee discounts across BW locations Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Supportive, team-focused kitchen culture Flexible scheduling (AM & PM shifts available) Schedule Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available Part-time or full-time options
