Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dish ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating with skillful knife techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards Support catering events and special functions by preparing bulk meals and coordinating timely service Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills and meal preparation methods Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus Ability to plan menus, manage ingredients, and execute meal prep efficiently under pressure Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen hygiene Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and servers Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service environments is advantageous Embark on a culinary journey where your skills are valued, your creativity is celebrated, and every day brings new opportunities to delight our guests!

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
