Job Description
The historic Sacajawea Hotel is looking for great people to join our kitchen team. Our establishment has new ownership and new management. This is a great time to get on board and be a part of a team that's elevating our cuisine and culture. Experience in high volume cooking is helpful, however, any individual with a fair amount of experience in restaurants is still encouraged to apply. This person will be properly trained to work the line during service and the prep work that applies to that station. Duties Include but are not limited to: showing up on time and ready to work ticket service line cooking preparation of food items associated with line station maintaining food quality standards maintaining cleanliness maintaining personal hygiene standards complimentary to kitchen work following recipes and all other instruction
