Job Description
The Sacajawea Hotel is looking for dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew for an exciting and busy season ahead. With new ownership, a growing events calendar, and continued reinvestment into the property, this is a great opportunity to be part of a kitchen that values creativity, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. From restaurant service to weddings, banquets, and community events, our team plays a huge role in creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail Work efficiently during fast-paced lunch, dinner, and event service Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and kitchen areas Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen setup Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work collaboratively with chefs, servers, and fellow kitchen staff Help create a positive, professional kitchen environment What We're Looking For Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but willingness to learn goes a long way Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team mindset Pride in quality food and presentation Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts Why Join Us?
