Job Description

Sunflower Cafe & BBQ in West Glacier is hiring a BBQ Line Cook for the summer season.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Thursday, 3:00pm-10:00pm

Housing opportunities available We're looking for someone dependable, fast-moving, and comfortable working a focused BBQ dinner shift. This position helps prepare, heat, serve, and clean up our BBQ menu during evening service.
Responsibilities include:
Heating and serving brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, sides, and other BBQ items Portioning and plating food consistently Keeping the BBQ station stocked, clean, and organized Helping with prep before service Cleaning the station, equipment, dishes, and kitchen area after service Following food safety and sanitation standards Working calmly and efficiently during busy rushes Ideal candidate: Is reliable and shows up on time can work every Wed-Sunday evening through mid September Can work independently once trained Has a good attitude and works well with a small team Is comfortable with cleaning and closing duties Has restaurant experience This is a great fit for someone looking for steady part-time evening work in West Glacier with potential housing available.
