Line cook experience & Strong fundamentals Experience with catering or large-scale meal preparation is advantageous Works well under pressure while maintaining standards Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, & consistency Familiarity with dietary exceptions/restrictions experience is a plus Enjoys being part of a team, creative & desire to be the best
