This part-time position focuses primarily on pizza dough production, scaling ingredients, portioning dough, and maintaining food safety standards. One position will support traditional dough production, while the second will support dedicated gluten-free dough production. Our kitchen culture is relaxed, fun, and team-oriented. We listen to music, enjoy what we do, and believe people do their best work when they're trusted to do their jobs well. We value independence, accountability, consistency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications :
Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience preferred ServSafe certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining communication with the team Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable attendance and transportation
Preferred:
Pizza dough, bread, or bakery experience Gluten-free food production experience
Compensation & Benefits:
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities as operations continue to grow Daily pay option available
