Artisanal was established in 2005. Artisanal is a Modern American, Fine Dining Restaurant set in a beautiful barn-style building. Artisanal is a team oriented, professional, respectful, structured and family-oriented work environment. The restaurant is open seasonally, for dinner only, May-October end, Tuesday-Saturday. Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our guests. This position requires culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare dishes with precision and consistency
• Cook food items on the line during service hours
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ingredient replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during peak hours

Skills:

• Culinary skills with experience in a restaurant setting
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
