Looking for 1 part time to full time experienced line person to join our strong kitchen team. If you have sautee' or grill experience that's a plus. Our guests expect consistently high quality food and we take pride in delivering on this expectation. We make all our recipes from scratch and cook the food to order. Real food. Real cooking. Key Responsibilities:

• Show up on time and ready to put in your best effort every day
• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and other dishes according to our recipes and standards. Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and strong ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and preparation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience working in fast past kitchens is a plus.
