Responsibilities Execute dishes consistently to Sea Grill standards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to maintain timing and flow Follow recipes, plating standards, and preparation procedures precisely Properly handle seafood and high-quality ingredients with care and consistency Assist with prep production, breakdown, deep cleaning, and station maintenance Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume and high-pressure services Qualifications Previous line cook experience required Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred Seafood experience preferred Strong knife skills and station organization Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of a team Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and cleanliness Nights, weekends, and holidays required The Opportunity Sea Grill is continuing to evolve and grow, and we are building a team of professionals who want to help shape the future of the restaurant.
