In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while ensuring all team members are aligned and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to keep projects on track from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse initiatives and make a tangible impact across our operations. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achievable. Monitor project progress regularly, identifying potential risks or delays early and implementing solutions. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged. Manage project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards related to food safety, dietary guidelines, and operational procedures when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the food service or hospitality industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of dietary department operations, menu planning, and food handling practices. Experience working in fine dining environments or catering settings is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen workflows, and culinary standards. Effective communication skills for collaborating with culinary teams, vendors, and clients. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service environments.
