Job Description
Come join Charlotte's number one pizza restaurant voted best in the city for 6 years. We are opening our fifth location and we need team members with a positive attitude that have at least one year working a wood fired pizza oven. ```Duties```
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to quality standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to open pizza dough by hand ```Experience```
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
