Whether it's preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc; handling and portioning items accurately and safely; labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced; prep cooks ensure all Sonny's food items live up to the standards our guests have come to expect for decades.

Sonny's is a franchise across the Southeast and has grown to more than 90 units in 6 states. Ed Tubel founded Tricor, Inc dba Sonny's BBQ in 1978 in Charlotte, NC. Currently operating 2 locations, Rock Hill, SC and Concord, NC. Plans call for Tricor to open more Sonny's in the near future. Sonny's has built a reputation of good food, fast friendly service and reasonable prices.
