Line Cook/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this position is in a restaurant or hotel setting, so previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
