Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials that appeal to diverse tastes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness Serve breakfast dishes efficiently to guests or during catering events, providing friendly and attentive service Support meal preparation for large groups or special events, coordinating with team members for smooth operation Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, showcasing strong cooking skills and attention to detail Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and meal presentation standards Skilled in food safety practices, including proper knife skills, sanitation procedures, and allergen awareness Experience with catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams Join us as a Breakfast Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
