We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cuisine and an unforgettable coastal dining experience. Our kitchen is fast, focused, and exceptionally high-volume. Position Overview:
​We are seeking a seasoned, career-minded Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary foundation, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism during peak high-volume services.​
Key Responsibilities :
Station Mastery:
Efficiently manage and execute service on the Grill, Fry or Sauté stations. ​
Precision & Speed:
Prep, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant specifications swiftly and accurately, even during extreme rushes.​
Quality Control:
Ensure all food products meet our high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation. ​
Kitchen Synergy:
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and fellow line cooks to ensure seamless ticket times ​
Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain a pristine, organized workstation adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.​ Qualifications & Requirements ​
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen (Required).​
Technical Skill:
Proven expertise operating grill, fryers, or sauté stations .​
Composure:
Ability to perform professionally and stay focused under the pressure of a demanding, fast-paced waterfront service. ​
Stamina:
Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. ​
Availability:

Full Duties include:
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations We are looking for full and part time employees. AM and PM shifts available. Those that fail to show for their interview without just cause will not be considered again for employment by Yacht Basin Holdings.
