We change our menu daily based on back-door deliveries from local fishers, farmers, and foragers. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to craft, community, and NC's coast. What We're Looking For Some cooking experience — doesn't have to be fine dining, but you should be comfortable on a line. Solid food safety fundamentals. A genuine interest in food and where it comes from. Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and has a good attitude. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items to spec, with a focus on our fresh, locally sourced seafood. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
