Line cook/Prep cook with at least a food handlers level permit required or able to acquire one working for a food trailer in Lincoln, NE. GED or high school diploma is required. Any other higher education is beneficial as well as any other higher cooking certifications. Part time to full time work with occasional events planned. The food trailer to work for is Crepe Café LLC where sweet and savory crepes are the niche. The business is expanding and evolving to multiple food trucks as well as a kitchen with many opportunities.
