We are a small from scratch kitchen looking for a team member for full time or part time that is self motivated, responsible to work solo, has a basic knowledge of cooking and prepping food, and is punctual. Willing to train if you have the interest and passion. Our menu and operation is intentionally simple to execute. We offer competitive pay based on experience and flexibility in schedule. Matching 401K, plus a very generous employee discount cost of drinks and free food. The responsibilities of this position are:

• Opening and / or closing of the kitchen
• Prep food items following recipes for consistency
• Make and plate customer orders in a timely manner following builds for consistency
• Follow checklists (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to complete tasks of the position
• Receive, stock and organize products and ingredients
• Ongoing assistance with menu development and creation of new items and specials Why work for us? Kitchen closes one hour early from business hours.
