Responsibilities Work confidently across the kitchen, including line cooking, prep, and general kitchen support, as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation practices. Prepare, cook, and garnish dishes that are distinct by design and true to place. Follow recipes and standards accurately while bringing care and consistency to every plate. Communicate clearly and positively with chefs, teammates, and front-of-house partners. Take initiative—see what needs doing and step in without being asked.
Qualifications Versatility & Flexibility:
This is a dynamic kitchen, and we value team members who enjoy variety in their day and are flexible with days, hours, and responsibilities.
Experience:
1-2 years of kitchen experience, culinary training, or equivalent hands-on work.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, kitchen equipment, and basic culinary techniques.
Team-Oriented:
A true people person who enjoys collaboration, takes feedback well, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen.
Availability:
