Responsibilities:
Work confidently across the kitchen, including line cooking, prep, and general kitchen support, as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation practices. Prepare, cook, and garnish dishes that are distinct by design and true to place. Follow recipes and standards accurately while bringing care and consistency to every plate. Communicate clearly and positively with chefs, teammates, and front-of-house partners. Take initiative—see what needs doing and step in without being asked.
