This role is responsible for preparing house-made breakfast items, including pastries and breads, as well as à la minute egg dishes and breakfast proteins. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and passionate about quality ingredients and hospitality. Qualifications 1-3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Strong breakfast cookery skills, including egg preparation and short-order execution Experience baking or preparing house-made pastries and breads is a plus Ability to work independently and lead breakfast service with consistency and attention to detail Full-service hotel experience preferred Schedule Full-time & part-time positions Morning shifts beginning at 6:00 AM and generally ending around 11:00 AM, though shifts may extend later depending on business levels and operational needs 5-6 days per week, including weekends Why Join Us?
