Our accomplished team of industry professionals have more than 150 years of experience and are ready to take charitable gaming to a whole new level; creating world-class venues, infusing more economic opportunities into the markets we serve while helping New Hampshire nonprofits thrive. We believe our innovative player experiences and enhanced operations can be a partnership that helps provide valuable resources directly to those organizations that are helping our friends and neighbors. We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. What You'll Expect As a Line Cook, you'll prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and guest requests. You'll maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This is a seasonal position that runs from May through mid to late September. What You'll Do Prepare, cook, and present meals according to standard recipes Manage cold and hot stations efficiently Assist in food prep, decoration, and storage Maintain cleanliness and reset workstations after service Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and departmental standards Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs or issues Participate in briefings and stay informed on promotions and events Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned What You'll Bring Culinary education or 3+ years of cooking experience preferred Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and knife skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments What We Require Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with heat, noise, and secondhand smoke Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
