Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary. Skills Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant, catering, or dietary department setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to perform meal preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
